I contacted the company a week ago for a quote and was told that someone would call me. I followed up 3 times and was told someone would call me. After the 3rd call and a week later, someone called me to say they no longer offer the service. I will assume their follow up cannot be any better for the weekly service so I will skip grass cutting and fertilizing.
I apologize you felt that we did not meet your demands for scheduling. This customer contacted us on the 2nd for a quote, we sent a quote the same day. We did not hear from the customer and followed up on the 5th. Customer responded to our quote on the 7th and asked that we schedule his rolling after a rainy day. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to promise scheduling in that manner as most of our customers wish for that to happen.
This was our first season with Molebusters, and we're delighted with the number of moles captured. We are hopeful that their continued efforts will send the message to the neighborhood moles that our lawn is not a good place to visit. We found Molebusters' personnel to be very friendly and knowledgeable.
I contracted Molebusters and after the contract ended, we still had a mole problem. After a call back to Molebusters, they have continued to service our problem, caught several more of those pesky critters, and they DID NOT CHARGE US ANY MORE MONEY. I will continue to use Molebusters in the future.
They estimated i had 14 to 17 moles living in my yard. They took out 10 that i saw myself and now after their plan my yard has no evidence of moles. The employees were well mannered and answered all my, my childrens and neighbors questions we had about moles.
I should've known better than to do business with a company that gives no guarantee's, warranties, or stands the least little bit behind their services. They're so sure they're not going to make you happy, that they demand the money up front, prior to even coming out for the service! I had voles before I called and payed them to come out. Guess what? I still have voles and they're suggesting that I pay them for more applications!! The guy who did the application, was spreading the chemical so thin, you could hardly see any product coming out of his hand spreader. I payed for the whole yard, $103. This service is a scam!!!!
We do not guarantee our service because we are treating animals and animals are unpredictable. We apply the same rate to each of our customers lawn and get great results. Some lawns have higher levels of infestations and require more treatments. We do recommend at least two treatments in any circumstance. You originally signed up for two treatments but then neglected to have the second one applied. We also offered to work with you on this subject. You decided it wasn't worth your while.
I will keep you folks in mind. Your guys did a wonderful job.
we appreciated your help last year and if we have any issues or Larry decides to have a treatment we will certainly call you first. You guys were awesome getting rid of the moles last time.

Thanks for the update. The moles are under control as of last fall/winter so waiting till april to start is fine. After the three months are up I'm not going to continue the mole service, not because you didn't do a good job but just because of the economics of it. I'm going to attempt to control them for the remainder of the 2013 season and if I fail I'll get your crew back on the job in 2014. They have done a great job!
I'm so happy to be without my mole. Who would know how much damage ONE mole could do. We're all so delighted to enjoy the yard again. Warmly, Cheri
Thank you for such wonderful communication. The moles in my yard are definitely decreasing. The individuals you have sent to our home have been exceptional. What wonderful representatives of the company. I do not have any ideas at this point on how you could better meet our needs.
